An IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) is where our debt advisors will negotiate with your creditors to get your repayments lowered to an affordable level. In a lot of IVA cases up to 75% of the debt can be totally wiped clear.

IVA Criteria

  • Debts of at least £15,000.
  • 3 creditors (must be unsecured debts)
  • Disposable income of at least £225/month
  • Income of at least £1,000/month (This can be a combined income.)
